Order By order of August 25, 1994, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Riss v Stroh Brewery Co (Docket No. 96422) . and Drouillard v Stroh Brewery Co (Docket No. 96423). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 20, 1995, 449 Mich. 293 (1995), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion to strike is also considered and it is DENIED as moot. Weaver, J., not participating.
